Through the request form: name, email, phone if you give it, dates, number of guests and message. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, whatever you choose to send. While you browse, the hosting service logs technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, needed to run and secure the site.
To answer your request and give you information before any booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract). To protect the site from abuse and spam (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest). We do not use your data for marketing or profiling. Name, email and dates are needed to reply; the other fields are optional.
At check-in the law requires us to collect ID details for every guest, to be sent to the police through the Alloggiati Web portal (Art. 109 of the Italian public security law), plus the information needed for Rome's tourist tax and official statistics. This data is processed to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and kept only for the periods the law requires.
Aruba S.p.A. (Italy) hosts the site and sends form messages as our data processor. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your browser's IP address. Only if you agree, the site uses Google Tag Manager and Google's analytics and advertising services (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits and measure how well our campaigns work. If you write to us on WhatsApp, messages pass through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own terms; if you book on Airbnb, Airbnb processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We never sell or pass on your data.
Aruba keeps data in data centres in Italy. Google may transfer some data to the United States, relying on GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Arts. 45 and 46).
Requests that do not become a booking are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Data for a confirmed stay is kept as long as tax and legal obligations require. Technical hosting logs are kept for the period set by Aruba. Analytics data collected with your consent stays in Google Analytics for no more than 14 months.
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive it in a portable format or object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@loyaapartmentroma.com. If you believe your data is being mishandled, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority in your country.
The site uses technical tools it needs to work and saves your chosen language and cookie preferences in your browser. Only with your consent does it enable, through Google Tag Manager, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Google Ads and similar). On your first visit a banner lets you accept, reject or choose; closing it with the X counts as rejecting. Your choice lasts 6 months and you can change it at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.
